Leave your phone turned off and do not answer phone calls during your classes, nor talk over the instructor, nor appear disrespectful, and make sure you stay in your class until the end; leaving prematurely is a sign of disrespect and will often confuse and irritate your instructor and fellow classmates, and can, of course, disrupt your class.

A very large component of yoga is breathing. Breathing effectively and deeply has been proven to improve your pulmonary system and is a great way to keep yourself healthy.
